This is a well-established meat slaughterhouse that has been in business for over 70 years. They are well known throughout the surrounding towns for their excellent work and for their clean working facilities.
Demand for their services is high and are currently booked out 10 months in advance. There is very little competition in the market.
In 2021, they invested about 100K into upgrading their facility.
Currently their weekly meat processing capacity is 15-18 beef and 10 hogs a week. They're working on receiving a 200K grant that would help them expand this fall. If they were to receive this grant, they estimate they could expand capacity to 24 beef and 15 hogs a week.
