Support and Training
Seller is committed to a successful transition and is available for 3-6 months for training. This would include working through the processes of the business, understanding key customers, clients, and navigating those relationships. There will be a consulting agreement to ensure a successful transition. Compensation of the owner will be negotiated during due diligence.
