Before joining the Bristol group, Wayne worked for Cargill managing a part of the Reliability Centered Maintenance Program for one of their plants. He also spent time in project managing throughout his career dealing with project scope, budgeting and contract requirements.

The last 12 years have been spent meeting environmental requirements and reporting with the state IDNR and the EPA. During this time, he also ran a seed sales business and farmed as well.
Wayne’s past experience allows him to know the importance of getting documents not only filed on time but filed correctly to meet the needs of both parties.

Wayne recently sold part of his farm and enjoys the extra time to spend with his wife and two kids. He and his wife currently enjoy helping farmers with Ag solutions to improve their farming practices and increase profit. Wayne and his family live in Blakesburg Iowa and he donates his time to boy’s baseball. In his free time Wayne enjoys doing archery, and riding horses with his daughter, baseball, basketball with his son, doing some hunting and fishing and just plain relaxing with his wife.
