Andy is a trusted business advisor with twelve years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and business consulting.
Prior to joining the Bristol Group, Andy worked in M&A advisory at national accounting firms, including Moss Adams, Crowe Horwath, and Protiviti. During his tenure, he performed financial due diligence and valuations on behalf of private equity groups, strategic buyers, investment banks, and business owners.
Andy has completed over 100 transactions throughout his career and is well-versed in the intricacies of selling main street and lower middle-market businesses. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and is passionate about helping small business owners achieve their business and financial goals.
Andy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and completed Executive Accounting and Leadership programs from the University of North Carolina. He is formerly a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA®) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
Andy lives in a northern suburb of Dallas, TX. Outside of work he enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors, serving the local community, and spending time with friends and family.
