Trevin Rasmussen is an experienced main street and mid-market business broker and Merger & Acquisition advisor. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) of the International Business Brokers Association (IBB.org).

Prior to becoming a business broker he worked as a management consultant for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and for the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Rasmussen has consulted with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in San Francisco, Seattle, and Boise. He has worked in several disciplines of business including finance, strategy, and technology.

Mr. Rasmussen has a Master of Information Systems Management degree and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Kelly started his career nearly 30 years ago as a commercial loan officer in the banking system. There he financed business start-ups, operations, and on-going cash needs for businesses. Kelly left banking to become a partner in an investment banking and business consulting firm. He has owned over 15 privately held companies, and is also the founder of a distribution company that was acquired by Cintas, a Fortune 500 Company. He has over 20 years of experience as a mergers and acquisitions advisor with clients throughout the United States.

Mr. Shaw is the author of several books including the Complete Guide to Selling Your Business. He is the director of a leadership camp and father of 5 children. He holds a BA in International Relations with an emphasis on International Business from Brigham Young University.

Alex Hart is an experienced entrepreneur with over 10 years of business experience. He has started, operated, and sold his own business and understands the complexities of transferring business ownership. Mr. Hart's skill set includes finance, marketing, and operations.

Mr. Hart graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a BS in Accounting. He launched his career owning and operating a retail business with multiple locations. That venture led to an online business and a partnership with the largest formal wear company in America.

Alex recently sold his retail business and joined the Bristol Group. He currently lives in Idaho Falls with his wife and 3 boys.

Royce Yorgason is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner, and manager. He began his career with the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. He later started a vending company, which he franchised and sold. He also owned and operated an international franchise territory.

Mr. Yorgason has owned several home building and real estate investment companies, and has managed over 120 million dollars of assets for one of the world’s largest non-profit organizations.

Royce has an accounting degree from the Marriott School of Management at BYU in Provo, Utah. He is the father of 8 children and lives in Logan Utah.

Lorri DeBernardis has over 15 years as a licensed real estate broker in residential sales and commercial leasing. She was a private business owner with experience in marketing and managing in the industry. She also has had a successful career as a licensed occupational therapist developing clinical programs in the health care industry. Lorri enjoys working directly with clients to develop successful strategies that meet expectations and maximize value.

She has served as a past Board of Trustee for Habitat for Humanity with a focus in fundraising. Lorri is a past president of Rumson Community Appeal in which she developed strong business relations within the local community.

She completed graduate studies at NYU in commercial finance and Bay Path University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy.

She resides in New Jersey and enjoys sailing, skiing and travel with her family.

Tim Homer is a longtime business owner with over 20 years’ experience owning and selling businesses. His first business was in the environmental engineering field, additionally he owned businesses in the electrical infrastructure and software development industries.

Mr. Homer graduated from Gonzaga University with a master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation. His undergraduate degree is in Aviation and he worked as a commercial pilot before becoming self-employed. Tim has recently joined the Bristol Group to help business owners sell and maximize the value of their Businesses.


He currently resides in Spokane, WA with his wife and daughter. He is a volunteer for both CASA and Fallen Hero’s Circuit Course. He enjoys flying, tennis, biking and hiking.
