Trevin Rasmussen is an experienced main street and mid-market business broker and Merger & Acquisition advisor. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) of the International Business Brokers Association (IBB.org).

Prior to becoming a business broker he worked as a management consultant for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and for the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Rasmussen has consulted with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in San Francisco, Seattle, and Boise. He has worked in several disciplines of business including finance, strategy, and technology.

Mr. Rasmussen has a Master of Information Systems Management degree and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Kelly started his career nearly 38 years ago as a commercial loan officer in the banking system. There he financed business start-ups, operations, and on-going cash needs for businesses. Kelly left banking to become a partner in an investment banking and business consulting firm. He has owned over 15 privately held companies, and is also the founder of a distribution company that was acquired by Cintas, a Fortune 500 Company. He has over 20 years of experience as a mergers and acquisitions advisor with clients throughout the United States.

Mr. Shaw is the author of several books including the Complete Guide to Selling Your Business. He is the director of a leadership camp and father of 5 children. He holds a BA in International Relations with an emphasis on International Business from Brigham Young University.

Alex Hart is an experienced entrepreneur with over 10 years of business experience. He has started, operated, and sold his own business and understands the complexities of transferring business ownership. Mr. Hart's skill set includes finance, marketing, and operations.

Mr. Hart graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a BS in Accounting. He launched his career owning and operating a retail business with multiple locations. That venture led to an online business and a partnership with the largest formal wear company in America.

Alex recently sold his retail business and joined the Bristol Group. He currently lives in Idaho Falls with his wife and 3 boys.

Royce Yorgason is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner, and manager. He began his career with the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. He later started a vending company, which he franchised and sold. He also owned and operated an international franchise territory.

Mr. Yorgason has owned several home building and real estate investment companies, and has managed over 120 million dollars of assets for one of the world’s largest non-profit organizations.

Royce has an accounting degree from the Marriott School of Management at BYU in Provo, Utah. He is the father of 8 children and lives in Logan Utah.

Before joining the Bristol Group, Regina worked over a decade in the Fintech industry, developing international strategic partnerships , executing M&A projects, negotiating and drafting contracts. She worked with global organization such as Mastercard, J.P. Morgan and First Data, and has closed deals in the USA, in many European countries, as well as in Brazil, India, Australia and Nigeria.

Strategic partnerships are the beginning of a long-lasting relationship between the parties, finding the right partner is therefore crucial. Regina approached a buyer - seller relationship the same way, focusing on bringing the right buyer to her seller clients.

When you speak with Regina, you will notice a slight German accent, a reminiscent of her childhood in Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the Technical University of Vienna with a master's degree in Business Informatics and speaks four languages. She is based in Wilmington, N.C.

Regina's style is straight forward and deliberate, and she sets the pace with her contagious enthusiasm.

Charles FIte is a business broker and M&A advisor who partners with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, professionals and private equity groups to pair qualified, motivated and capable buyers with sellers of quality businesses.

After spending over 15 years working in the construction industry as a small business owner and sales executive, Charles knows what truly develops rapport and drives business partnerships-and it’s not the mastering of a trendy idea or well crafted sales pitch. It’s how well you deliver on commitments and fulfill the needs of your clients.

Prior to becoming a business broker he worked as a sales manager for 84 Lumber Company and as owner/manager of a manufacturing facility. Mr. Fite has negotiated contracts with some of the largest homebuilders in America including Lennar Homes, Richmond American Homes and KB Home. As a business owner Charles successfully started and sold a manufacturing facility which grew to over $6M in annual revenue in his final year and still operates successfully with new ownership and management.

Mr. Fite earned his BS in Finance from University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2014

Fabian Battaglia is a 30 year veteran of the technology industry. He started his career as an Electrical Engineer before migrating to roles in Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Battaglia has experience in working with both Main Street and Wall Street. His entrepreneurial spirit was an asset in developing successful start-ups, and his passion for teamwork served well in managing diverse, global organizations dealing directly with Fortune 500 companies. Fabian's M&A experience spans over two decades focusing on multiple stages of the acquisition process.

Fabian earned his BSEE from Lawrence Tech University, completed Executive Management programs at UCI and the University of Michigan, and now lives in Orange County CA.
