Personal Experience
He focused primarily on sales, management and consulting. He transitioned to the real estate investment industry during the market downturn and subsequent recovery. Tory bought and ran several franchises during this time and helped sell franchises and supported new franchise owners in the start-up process. He eventually moved from franchise acquisition and sales to a broader role as a business broker and M&A advisor.
Tory Adair earned his BS in Business Administration at SUU, his MS in Business at USU, and did his Doctorate work in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University (ABD).
Tory is married, has three grown children and enjoys competing in triathlons and marathons. He lives in sunny Arizona.
